Amendments to Permitted Additional Debt Documents. Without the prior written consent of Administrative Agent, Borrower will not, and will not permit any Credit Party to, prior to the date that is 180 days after the Maturity Date, amend, modify, waive or otherwise change, or consent or agree to any amendment, modification, waiver or other change to, any of the terms of the Permitted Additional Debt Documents if the effect thereof would result in such Debt being not permitted under Section 9.1(e) as if such Debt had been incurred concurrently with such amendment, modification, waiver or other change.
