Common use of Amendments to PHI Clause in Contracts

Amendments to PHI. If and to the extent that Business Associate maintains PHI in a designated record set, Business Associate shall upon request by Covered Entity make that PHI available to Covered Entity within [insert number] business days for amendment, and shall promptly incorporate any amendments to PHI directed by Covered Entity, as and to the extent required for Covered Entity’s compliance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.52686.
