Amendments to Primary Loan Agreement. In the event of any amendment, modification, restatement or other alteration of the Primary Loan Agreement or any of the Loan Documents referred to therein, Borrower shall (and shall cause its Affiliates to) concurrently amend this Agreement or the appropriate Loan Document hereunder in the same manner, mutatis mutandis, if requested by the Requisite Banks, all at the sole expense of Borrower.
