Common use of Amendments to Reimbursement Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Reimbursement Agreement. Upon the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section II of this Amendment, the Reimbursement Agreement (including the Schedules and Exhibits thereto to the extent included in Annex A) is hereby amended to incorporate the changes shown on the marked copy of the Reimbursement Agreement attached hereto as Annex A (it being understood that language which appears “struck out” has been deleted and language which appears as “double-underlined” has been added).
