Amendments to Related Agreements and Subordinated Indebtedness. (a) No Credit Party shall and no Credit Party shall permit any of its Subsidiaries, to amend, supplement, waive or otherwise modify any provision of (i) any Subordinated Indebtedness except to the extent permitted by the subordination terms with respect thereto, (ii) any Second Lien Indebtedness Document except to the extent permitted by the Intercreditor Agreement, or (iii) the Purchase Agreement.
