Common use of Amendments to Repurchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Repurchase Agreement. The Repurchase Agreement is hereby amended to delete the red, stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the blue, double underlined text (indicated in the same manner as the following example: underlined text) as attached hereto on Exhibit A. The Exhibits, Schedules and Annexes to the Repurchase Agreement shall not be modified by this Amendment and shall remain Exhibits, Schedules and Annexes to the Repurchase Agreement. 3)
