Amendments to Request. 7.1 If the Customer wishes to amend the contents of the request after the transfer contract has been entered into, such amendments shall be processed according to the following procedures by way of Fax Banking or other way as prescribed by the Bank; provided, however, an amendment might not be allowed depending on the contents or the timing of the amendment request. In addition, any amendment to the transfer amount shall be handled according to the unwinding (kumimodoshi) procedures provided for in Article 8 (Unwinding (kumimodoshi)).
