Common use of Amendments to Request Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Request. 9.1 If the Customer wishes to amend the contents of the request after the remittance entrustment contract has been entered into, such amendments shall be processed according to the following procedures by way of Fax Banking or other way as prescribed by the Bank; provided, however, amendment might not be allowed depending on the contents or the timing of such request for the amendment. In addition, any amendment to the remittance amount shall be handled according to the unwinding (kumimodoshi) procedures provided for in Article 10 (Unwinding (kumimodoshi)).
