Common use of Amendments to Sale Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Sale Agreement. The Seller shall not, without the prior written consent of the Agent: (i) cancel or terminate the Sale Agreement, (ii) give any consent, waiver, directive or approval under the Sale Agreement, (iii) waive any default, action, omission or breach under the Sale Agreement, or otherwise grant any indulgence thereunder, or (iv) amend, supplement or otherwise modify any of the terms of the Sale Agreement.

Amendments to Sale Agreement. The Seller shall not, without the prior written consent of the AgentAgents: (i) cancel or terminate the Sale Agreement, (ii) give any consent, waiver, directive consent to or approval under waiver of (or take any action having the same effect on) any provision of the Sale Agreement, (iii) waive any default, action, omission or breach under the Sale Agreement, or otherwise grant any indulgence thereunder, or (iv) amend, supplement or otherwise modify any of the terms of the Sale Agreement.
