Common use of Amendments to Schedules Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Schedules. Schedule 2.01 to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Schedule 2.01 to the Credit Agreement in its entirety and inserting Exhibit B attached hereto in lieu thereof. Thereafter, all references in the Credit Agreement to Schedule 2.01 shall mean and be a reference to Schedule 2.01 as amended pursuant to this First Increase Joinder.
