Common use of Amendments to Section 2 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Section 2. (a) Section 2.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby replaced with the following new Section 2.1:

Amendments to Section 2. (a) Section 2.1 2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby replaced with amended as follows: a. The provisions of Section 2.1(a) are hereby amended by deleting clause (ii) of the proviso in its entirety and substituting ------- the following new Section 2.1in its stead:

Amendments to Section 2. (a) Section 2.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Section 2.1(a)(iii) in its entirety. (b) Paragraphs (a) and (b) of Section 2.11 of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended and replaced with the following new Section 2.1in their entirety as follows:

Amendments to Section 2. Section 2 of the Existing Credit Agreement shall be deemed amended by: (a) Section 2.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby replaced with deleting in its entirety subsection 2.2 thereof and substituting in lieu thereof the following new Section 2.1subsection 2.2:

Amendments to Section 2. (a) 05. Section 2.1 2.05 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows: (i) Sections 2.05(b)(ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following new Section 2.1following: (ii) [reserved]; (iii) [reserved]; (iv) [reserved]; (v) [reserved];

Amendments to Section 2. 01.2 (a) Section 2.1 2.01.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby replaced with amended by deleting such Section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following new Section 2.1following:

Amendments to Section 2. (a) Section 2.1 2.5 of the Credit Agreement is hereby replaced with amended by deleting it in its entirety and substituting the following new Section 2.1following:

Amendments to Section 2. 1. (a) Section 2.1 of the Credit Agreement Agreement, The Loans, is hereby replaced with modified and amended by deleting the introductory paragraph thereto and by substituting the following new Section 2.1in lieu thereof:

Amendments to Section 2. (a) 10. Section 2.1 2.10 of the Credit Agreement is hereby replaced with amended as follows: (a) by deleting Section 2.10(c) of the Credit Agreement in its entirety and inserting the following new Section 2.1text therefor:
