Amendments to Section 2.16. Section 2.16 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
Amendments to Section 2.16. (a) Section 2.16(a) is hereby amended by (i) deleting the phrase “in the case of payments in Dollars, prior to 12:00 noon, New York City time, and in the case of payments in Euros or GBP, as applicable, prior to 12:00 noon, London time” and replacing such phrase with the phrase “prior to 12:00 noon, New York City time”; (ii) deleting the phrase “to the applicable Administrative Agent’s Account” and replacing such phrase with the phrase “to the account of the Administrative Agent as designated in writing from time to time to the Borrower for such purpose”; and (iii) amending and restating the last sentence of Section 2.16(a) to read as follows: “All payments hereunder shall be made in Dollars.”
