Common use of Amendments to Section 6 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Section 6. 01(a). Section 6.01(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by: (a) deleting the word "and" immediately following the semicolon in clause (ix); (b) deleting the period immediately following clause (x) and replacing it with a semicolon; and (c) inserting the following new clauses after clause (x): (xi) High Yield Notes; and

Amendments to Section 6. 01(a). (a) Paragraph (o) of Section 6.01(a) 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by: (a) by deleting the word "and" immediately following at the semicolon in clause (ix);end thereof. (b) deleting Paragraph (p) of Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the period immediately following clause (x) and replacing it at the end thereof with a semicolon; ";and". (c) inserting Section 6.01 of the following Credit Agreement is hereby further amended by adding a new clauses after clause paragraph (x): (xiq) High Yield Notes; andto read in its entirety as follows:

(a) Section 6.01(a) 6.1 of the Five Year Credit Agreement is hereby amended by: by (ai) deleting the word "and" immediately following from the semicolon in clause end of paragraph (ixf); , (bii) deleting the period immediately following clause at the end of paragraph (xg) and replacing it with substituting therefor a semicolon; and semicolon and (ciii) inserting adding the following new clauses after clause (x): (xi) High Yield Notes; andparagraphs at the end thereof:

Section 6.01(a) 6.10 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended byas follows: (a) by deleting the word text "and" immediately following at the semicolon in end of clause (ix);) of the proviso to Section 6.10 and substituting the text "," therefor. (b) by deleting the period text "." at the end of clause (x) of the proviso to Section 6.10 and substituting the text ", and" therefor. (c) by adding the following new clause (xi) immediately following clause (x) and replacing it with a semicolon; and (c) inserting of the following new clauses after clause (x): (xi) High Yield Notes; andproviso to Section 6.10:

Section 6.01(a) 6.09 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended byas follows: (a) by deleting the word text "and" immediately following at the semicolon in end of clause (ix)e) of Section 6.09 of the Credit Agreement and inserting the text "," therefor; (b) by deleting the period immediately following text "." at the end of clause (xf) of Section 6.09 of the Credit Agreement and replacing it with a semicolonsubstituting the text "and" therefor; and (c) inserting by adding the following new clauses after clause (x): (xig) High Yield Notes; andat the end of Section 6.09 of the Credit Agreement:
