Common use of Amendments to Section 6.01 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Section 6.01. Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the text "and" at the end of paragraph (o) of such Section, (b) deleting the period at the end of paragraph (p) of such Section and replacing it with the text "; and" and (c) inserting the following new paragraph (q) immediately after paragraph (p) of such Section:

Amendments to Section 6.01. Section 6.01 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the text "“and" ” at the end of paragraph (o) of such Section6.01(v), (b) deleting the period at the end of paragraph (p6.01(w) of such Section and replacing it with the text "; and" “:” and (c) inserting the following adding new paragraph paragraphs 6.01(x) and (qy) immediately after paragraph (p) of such Sectionas follows:

Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the text "word “and" ” at the end of paragraph clause (o) of such Sectionk), (b) deleting the period and inserting a semicolon followed by the word “and” at the end of paragraph clause (pl) of such Section and replacing it with the text "; and" and (c) inserting the following a new paragraph clause (qm) immediately after paragraph (p) to end of such SectionSection 6.01 to read as follows:

Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ai) deleting the text "word “and" ” at the end of paragraph subsection (om) of such Sectionthereof, (bii) deleting replacing the period “.” at the end of paragraph subsection (pn) of such Section and replacing it thereof with the text "“; and" ”, and (ciii) inserting the following new paragraph subsection (qo) immediately after paragraph (p) of such Sectionat the end thereof:
