Amendments to Section 6.11. A. Section 6.11(f) of the Credit Agreement is amended by deleting the word “and” at the end thereof.
Amendments to Section 6.11. Section 6.11 of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “Use the proceeds of the Credit Extensions (a) to repay the Existing Indebtedness, (b) to repay the Outstanding Amount of Term Loans plus any interest accrued thereon, and (c) for acquisitions, development, renovation, working capital in the ordinary course of business, to support letters of credit and other general purposes.”
Amendments to Section 6.11. (a) Section 6.11(a) is hereby amended by deleting the phrase “so long as the Collateral Trigger Event has not occurred on or prior to the date of such Disposition,”.
Amendments to Section 6.11. Section 6.11 of the Existing Credit Agreement is amended and restated in entirety as follows:
