Common use of Amendments to Section 7 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Section 7. 3. Section 7.3 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the term "and" at the end of paragraph (o) thereof, (b) deleting the "." at the end of paragraph (p) thereof and substituting ";" in lieu thereof and (c) adding the following paragraphs at the end thereof:

Amendments to Section 7. 35. Section 7.3 7.5 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the term "and" at the end of paragraph (ob) thereof, thereof and (b) deleting the "." at the end of paragraph (pc) thereof in its entirety and substituting ";" in lieu thereof and (c) adding the following paragraphs at the end thereofparagraphs:

Amendments to Section 7. 32. Section 7.3 7.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ai) deleting the term "“and" ” at the end of paragraph clause (om) thereof, (bii) deleting the "replacing “." ” with “; and” at the end of paragraph clause (pn) thereof and substituting ";" in lieu thereof thereof, and (ciii) adding inserting the following paragraphs at the end new clause (o) immediately after clause (n) thereof:

Amendments to Section 7. 305. Section 7.3 7.05 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the term "“and" ” at the end of paragraph clause (of) thereof, (b) deleting the "." inserting “and” at the end of paragraph clause (pg) thereof and substituting ";" in lieu thereof and (c) adding the following paragraphs at the end thereofinserting a new clause (h) as follows:

Amendments to Section 7. 304. Section 7.3 7.04(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the term "word “and" at ” from the end of paragraph subsection (ovii) thereof, (b) deleting the "." at period from the end of paragraph subsection (pviii) thereof and substituting ";" in lieu thereof replacing it with a semicolon and (c) adding the following paragraphs at the end thereof:new subsections immediately following subsection (viii):

Amendments to Section 7. 38. Section 7.3 7.8 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ai) deleting the term "and" at the end of paragraph subsection (op) thereof, (bii) deleting the "." at the end of paragraph subsection (pq) thereof and substituting ";" inserting in lieu thereof the following: ";", and (ciii) adding inserting the following paragraphs new subsections (r) and (s) at the end thereof:

Section 7.3 7.05 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the term "word “and" ” at the end of paragraph clause (o) thereofm), (b) deleting the "“." ” at the end of paragraph clause (pn) thereof and substituting ";" in lieu thereof replacing it with “; and” and (c) adding the following paragraphs new clause (o) at the end thereof:

Section 7.3 7.05 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the term "text “and" ” at the end of paragraph (oSection 7.05(o) thereof, (b) deleting and inserting the "." following text immediately before the period at the end of paragraph (p) thereof and substituting ";" in lieu thereof and (c) adding the following paragraphs at the end thereof:Section 7.05(p): “; and

Amendments to Section 7. 302. Section 7.3 7.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the term "word “and" ” at the end of paragraph clause (o) thereofg), (b) deleting re-lettering the "." at the end of paragraph existing clause (ph) thereof and substituting ";" in lieu thereof as clause (i) and (c) adding the following paragraphs at the end thereof:new clause (h) immediately following clause (g):

Amendments to Section 7. 304. Section 7.3 7.04 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word “and” from the end of clause (a) thereof, deleting the term "and" “.” at the end of paragraph (o) thereof, clause (b) deleting the "." thereof and adding “; and” at the end of paragraph such clause (p) thereof b), and substituting ";" in lieu thereof and by adding a new clause (c) adding the following paragraphs at the end thereofthereto as follows:

Amendments to Section 7. 301 (Liens) of the Original Credit Agreement. Section 7.3 of the Credit Agreement 7.01 is hereby amended by (ai) deleting the term "“and" ” at the end of paragraph subsection (o) thereofz), (bii) deleting the "." period at the end of paragraph subsection (paa) thereof and substituting ";" in lieu thereof replacing it with an “; and”, and (ciii) adding the following paragraphs inserting a new subsection (bb) at the end thereofthereof as follows:
