Amendments to Section 7.3: Liens. A. Section 7.3(e) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such subsection in its entirety and substituting the following therefor: “(e) easements, rights-of-way, restrictions and other similar encumbrances that, in the aggregate, are not substantial in amount and that do not in any case materially detract from the value of the property subject thereto or materially interfere with the ordinary conduct of the business of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries; and any Permitted Exceptions as set forth and defined in the Purchase Agreement and its exhibits and schedules;”
