Amendments to Section 8: General Provisions. A. Section 8.9 of the Development Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the phrase “This Agreement, the Note, the Security Agreement, and the Other Agreements” contained therein and substituting “This Agreement and the Concurrent Agreements” therefor.
