Amendments to Section 9.03 of the Credit Agreement. Section 9.03 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) amending and restating clause (d) thereof to read in its entirety as “(d) [reserved.]” and (b) deleting the reference to “(other than Liens securing the Indebtedness, Excepted Liens and Liens permitted by Section 9.03(d))” contained in the last paragraph of such Section and inserting in lieu thereof a reference to “(other than Liens securing the Indebtedness and Excepted Liens)”.
