Amendments to Section 9.24. (a) Section 9.24 of the Credit Agreement shall be and it hereby is amended by deleting the title of the Section in its entirety and replacing it with “Matters Pertaining to Foreign Borrowers and Any Additional Foreign Borrower Organized Under the Laws of France or Spain”.
Amendments to Section 9.24. Section 9.24(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
Amendments to Section 9.24. Section 9.24(b) and Section 9.24(c) are hereby amended by replacing each reference therein to “Section 9.05(i)” with “Section 9.05(j)”.
