Common use of Amendments to Security Documents Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Security Documents. (a) Without the prior written consent of the Senior Representative, no Junior Secured Obligations Security Document may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified or entered into to the extent such amendment, supplement or modification, or the terms of any new Junior Secured Obligations Security Document, would be prohibited by, or would require any Grantor to act or refrain from acting in a manner that would violate, any of the terms of this Agreement.

Amendments to Security Documents. (a) Without So long as the Discharge of Senior Secured Obligations has not occurred, without the prior written consent of the Applicable Senior Representative, no Junior Secured Obligations Security Collateral Document may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified or entered into to the extent such amendmentthat any provisions therein as so amended, supplement supplemented or modificationmodified, or the terms of any new Junior Secured Obligations Security Collateral Document, would be prohibited by, or would require any Grantor to act or refrain from acting in a manner that would violate, by any of the terms of this Agreement.
