Common use of Amendments to Security Documents Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Security Documents. The Company shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, amend, waive or otherwise modify, or permit or consent to any amendment, waiver or other modification, the Security Documents in any way that would be adverse to the holders of the Notes.
