Amendments to Security Documents. (a) Without the prior written consent of the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent, each Additional Pari Secured Party agrees that no Additional Pari Security Document may be amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified or entered into to the extent such amendment, restatement, amendment and restatement, supplement or modification, or the terms of any new Additional Pari Security Document would contravene any of the terms of this Agreement.
