Amendments to Services Provided Sample Clauses

Amendments to Services Provided. Licensee may request changes to the services to be provided pursuant to Section 3 and/or Section 4.1.3 above by submitting a written request to Licensor. All change requests should specify the date upon which the changes should be made. The monthly charge for all services shall be prorated for the number of days remaining in the month at the time that the change was made and the prorated amount shall be applied to the invoice for the following month.
