Common use of Amendments to Subsection 8 Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Subsection 8. 9. (a) Subsection 8.9(g) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word "and" at the end of such subsection; (b) Subsection 8.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby further amended by relabelling the current subsection 8.9(h) as subsection 8.9(i). (c) Subsection 8.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby further amended by inserting a new subsection 8.9(h) to read as follows:

Amendments to Subsection 8. 94. (a) Subsection 8.9(g8.4(f) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word "and" period at the end of such subsection;subsection and replacing it with a semicolon followed by the word "and". (b) Subsection 8.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby further amended by relabelling the current subsection 8.9(h) as subsection 8.9(i). (c) Subsection 8.9 8.4 of the Credit Agreement is hereby further amended by inserting a new subsection 8.9(h8.4 (g) to read as follows:

Amendments to Subsection 8. 96(a). (a) Subsection 8.9(g8.6(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "“and" ” at the end of such subsection; clause (xiii) thereof, (b) Subsection 8.9 deleting the “.” at the end of the Credit Agreement is hereby further amended by relabelling the current subsection 8.9(hclause (xiv) as subsection 8.9(i). thereof and substituting “; and” in lieu thereof and (c) Subsection 8.9 of inserting the Credit Agreement is hereby further amended by inserting a following new subsection 8.9(hclause (xv) to read as followsat the end thereof:

(c) Subsection 8.9 8.3 of the Credit Agreement is hereby further amended by inserting a adding the following new subsection 8.9(hparagraph (g) to read as followsthe end of such subsection:

(a) Subsection 8.9(g8.2(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word phrase "andand 9.5 through 9.12" at the end in such subsection and inserting in lieu there of such subsection;", 9.5 through 9.12 and 9.20". (b) Subsection 8.9 8.2(b) of the Credit Agreement is hereby further amended by relabelling deleting the current phrase "and subsections 9.6 through 9.11" in clause (iv) in such subsection 8.9(h) as and inserting in lieu thereof ", subsections 9.6 through 9.11 and subsection 8.9(i)9.20". (c) Subsection 8.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby further amended by inserting a new subsection 8.9(h) to read as follows:
