Amendments to the 2017 Credit Agreement. (a) The 2017 Credit Agreement is, upon the occurrence of the Amendment Effective Date (as defined in Section 11 below), hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the 2017 Credit Agreement attached as Annex A (as so amended, the “Amended Credit Agreement”).
