Amendments to the 2019 Term Loan Agreement. (a) The 2019 Term Loan Agreement is, upon the occurrence of the Amendment Effective Date (as defined in Section 11 below), hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the 2019 Term Loan Agreement attached as Annex A (as so amended, the “Amended Term Loan Agreement”).
