Amendments to the Act of Incorporation and the By-Laws. Any proposal by the Employer to amend the act of incorporation of St. Xxxxxx University or those by-laws of the University which relate either to the academic senate or to faculty representation on the Board of Governors shall require prior consultation with, but not the approval of, the Union.
