Amendments to the Escrow Arrangement. Notwithstanding anything herein or in any other Loan Document to the contrary, this Section 2.21 may not be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent, the Escrow Agent, the Designated Company, and the Aleris Incremental Term Lenders.
