Common use of Amendments to the Existing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to the Existing Agreement. (a) The Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lender Parties agree that, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2, the Existing Agreement and the Schedules thereto are hereby amended on the Amendment Effective Date to read as set forth in Appendix I hereto to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and insert the added text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: added text) as shown therein.
