Amendments to the Existing Credit Agreement upon the 2020 Separation Effective Date. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 5 below, the parties hereto agree that the Existing Credit Agreement shall be amended, with effect upon the 2020 Separation Effective Date (as defined in Section 5 below), as follows: (a) Amendments to reflect the change of Arconic’s name. Each reference in the Credit Agreement to “Arconic” shall be replaced with “Howmet”.
