Common use of Amendments to the Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to the Existing Credit Agreement. The Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete the red, stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the blue, double underlined text (indicated in the same manner as the following example: underlined text) as attached hereto on Exhibit A.
