Common use of Amendments to the Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to the Existing Credit Agreement. Effective as of the Amendment Effective Date but immediately after giving effect to the transactions set forth in Section 1 hereof, the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows (the Existing Credit Agreement as so amended, the “Amended Credit Agreement”): (a) by inserting the following definitions in the appropriate alphabetical order in Section 1.01 of the Existing Credit Agreement:
