Common use of Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions Clause in Contracts

Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions. A.14.1. In case of a long-term agreement, the Contractor reserves the right to change or supplement these General Terms and Conditions and all relevant Modules, taking into account the provisions of the Telecommunications Act if the Services fall under the Telecommunications Act. A.14.2. Amendments also apply to Agreements already entered into with due observance of a period of 30 days after the announcement of the amendment on the Contractor's Website or by electronic message. Changes of minor importance may be made at any time.
