Amendments to the Grant Agreement. The Authority shall have the right to amend Schedule 1 and/or Schedule 3 at any time provided that such amendment as required is related in nature to the Purpose and does not impose an additional cost or other material burden upon the Recipient. The Authority will endeavour to provide thirty (30) Calendar Days’ written notice of any such amendment so required.
