Common use of Amendments to the Note Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to the Note Agreement. Effective upon the Effective Date (as defined in Section 2 hereof), the parties hereto agree that the Note Agreement is amended as follows: 1.1. Paragraph 2B(1) of the Note Agreement is amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
