Common use of Amendments to the Principal Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to the Principal Agreement. 2.1 The Parties hereby agree to amend the Principal Agreement, and any amendments to the Principal Agreement, pursuant to Clause 20.2 of the Principal Agreement, as follows: (a) By replacing Schedule 1 of the Principal Agreement in its entirety with the Schedule 1 attached to this Amendment Agreement. 2.2 Save as expressly provided or varied herein, all other terms and conditions of the Principal Agreement, and all rights and liabilities accruing before this Amendment Agreement comes into effect shall remain unaffected. 2.3 This Amendment Agreement shall be effective as of 15th December 2016. 2.4 This Amendment Agreement shall be read and take effect as one with the Principal Agreement.
