Amendments to the PSA. Pursuant to Section 12.07 of the PSA and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the PSA, the following amendments to the PSA are made effective as of the Execution Date:
(a) Exhibit A to the PSA is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit A attached hereto; and
(b) Exhibit B to the PSA is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit B attached hereto.
Amendments to the PSA. The Parties hereby amend the PSA as follows:
A. The reference to “March 31, 2016” in Section 9.01 is deleted and replaced with “April 8, 2016”.
B. The reference to “March 29, 2016” in Section 9.02 is deleted and replaced with “April 4, 2016”.
C. The reference to “June 29, 2016” in Section 4.04(c) is deleted and replaced with “July 7, 2016”.
Amendments to the PSA. The PSA is hereby amended to incorporate the changes reflected in the conformed copy of the PSA attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Amendments to the PSA. The PSA is hereby amended as follows: Schedule 6.5(a) is hereby replaced in its entirety with the version of Schedule 6.5(a) attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Amendments to the PSA. Upon the Effective Date (hereinafter defined), the parties hereto agree that the Existing P&SA is hereby amended as reflected by the version of the Purchase and Sale Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Amended P&SA”), and any term or provision of the Existing P&SA which is different from that set forth in the Amended P&SA shall be replaced and superseded in all respects by the terms and provisions of the Amended P&SA.
Amendments to the PSA. Buyer and Seller agree that the PSA shall be and hereby is revised, modified and amended as follows:
(a) The following defined terms in the PSA shall be revised, modified and amended in their entirety to read as follows:

1. (g) "Territory" shall mean the provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island and Newfoundland.
