Amendments to the Related Documents. The Borrower shall not, without the prior written consent of the Agent, (i) cancel or terminate any Related Document, (ii) give any consent, waiver, directive or approval under any Related Document, (iii) waive any default, action, omission or breach under any Related Document, or otherwise grant any indulgence thereunder, or (iv) amend, supplement or otherwise modify any of the terms of any Related Document.
