Amendments to the RPA. The RPA (including all exhibits and schedules thereto) is amended in accordance with Exhibit A hereto: (a) by deleting each term thereof which is lined out and (b) by inserting each term thereof which is double-underlined, in each case in the place where such term appears therein. A non-redlined “clean” copy of the RPA, as amended hereby (including all exhibits and schedules thereto), is attached hereto as Exhibit B. For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any prior amendment or amendments to the RPA, the RPA (including all exhibits and schedules thereto) set forth in Exhibit B hereto reflects the current agreement of the parties hereto as to all of the terms and provisions of the RPA and such exhibits and schedules as of the date hereof.
