Amendments to the Second Forbearance Agreement. In reliance upon the representations, warranties, and covenants of Borrower and Parent contained herein, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Amendment and any documents or instruments executed in connection herewith, effective as of the date hereof, the Second Forbearance Agreement is hereby amended as follows: (a) The definition of "Forbearance Period" set forth in Section 1.2(b) of the Second Forbearance Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the reference to "September 25, 2015" contained in subsection (i) thereof and replacing such reference with "October 2, 2015".
