Common use of Amendments to the SLA Clause in Contracts

Amendments to the SLA. Element Critical reserves the right to amend the SLA. Element Critical shall give Customer not less than 30 days’ notice of any changes in the SLA. Upon receipt of such notice, Customer shall have the right, for a period of 30 days thereafter, to terminate the affected Services if Customer disagrees with such amendment.
