Amendments to this Indenture with Consent of Holders. (a) With the written consent of a Majority in Interest of Noteholders, the Company may, and the Loan Trustee shall, subject to Section 9.06, at any time and from time to time, enter into such supplemental agreements to add any provisions to or to change or eliminate any provisions of this Indenture or of any such supplemental agreements or to modify in any manner the rights and obligations of the Company, the Loan Trustee and of the Noteholders under this Indenture; provided that without the consent of each Noteholder affected thereby, an amendment under this Section 9.02 may not:
