Common use of Amendments to this Subadvisory Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to this Subadvisory Agreement. This Subadvisory Agreement may be amended by mutual agreement in writing, subject to approval by the Board of Trustees of the Trust and the Fund’s shareholders to the extent required by the Act.

Amendments to this Subadvisory Agreement. This Subadvisory Agreement may be amended by mutual agreement in writing, subject to approval by the Board of Trustees of the Trust Fund and the Fund’s shareholders to the extent required by the Act. In addition, Exhibit A to this Subadvisory Agreement may be amended by the Fund from time to time to add any newly formed wholly owned and controlled subsidiary of the Fund, effective with respect to such Subsidiary as of the date set forth in Exhibit A across such Subsidiary’s name.
