Common use of Amendments to Transaction Documents Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Transaction Documents. The Borrower will not, and will not permit any Group Member to, amend, supplement or otherwise modify (pursuant to a waiver or otherwise) the terms and conditions of the Transaction Documents such that after giving effect thereto such indemnities or licenses, taken as a whole, shall be materially less favorable, taken as a whole, to the interests of the Loan Parties or the Lender with respect thereto.

Amendments to Transaction Documents. The Borrower will not, and will not permit any Group Member other Secured Loan Party to, amend, supplement or otherwise modify (pursuant to a waiver or otherwise) the terms and conditions of the Transaction Documents such that after giving effect thereto such indemnities or licenses, taken as a whole, shall be materially less favorable, taken as a whole, to the interests of the Secured Loan Parties or the Lender with respect thereto.

(a) The Borrower will not, and will not permit any Group Member to, amend, supplement or otherwise modify (pursuant to a waiver or otherwise) the terms and conditions of the indemnities and licenses furnished to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to the Transaction Documents such that after giving effect thereto such indemnities or licenses, taken as a whole, shall be materially less favorable, taken as a whole, favorable to the interests of the Loan Parties or the Lender Lenders with respect theretothereto or (b) otherwise amend, supplement or otherwise modify the terms and conditions of the Transaction Documents.
