Common use of Amendments upon Extension Clause in Contracts

Amendments upon Extension. Upon any extension of the Stated Expiration Date pursuant to Section 2.13 hereof, the Bank and the City reserves the right to renegotiate any provision hereof; provided, however, any amendments reflecting such renegotiation shall be subject to the provisions of Section 8.1 hereof.
