Common use of AMENDMENTS/VARIATIONS Clause in Contracts

AMENDMENTS/VARIATIONS. This writing, with attachments, embodies the whole of the agreement of the parties hereto. No oral agreement shall be binding upon the parties unless expressly stated herein.
