Amendments Waivers and Rights. 22.1 No amendment or variation of the terms of this Agreement shall be effective unless it shall be made or confirmed in a written document signed by both parties. 22.2 No delay in exercising or non-exercise by either party of any of its rights under or in connection with this Agreement shall operate as a waiver or release of that right. Rather, any such waiver or release must be specifically granted in writing signed by the party granting it. 22.3 The rights and remedies of each party under this Agreement shall be cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies of that party under the general Law, subject to the limitations set forth in Article 12. Each party may exercise each of its rights as often as it shall think necessary.
