Common use of Amendments; Waivers; Consents Clause in Contracts

Amendments; Waivers; Consents. None of the terms or provisions of this Agreement may be waived, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, nor any consent be given, except in accordance with Section 11.01 of the Credit Agreement; provided that any update or revision to any schedules hereto delivered by any Grantor shall not constitute an amendment for purposes of this Section or Section 11.01 of the Credit Agreement.
