Common use of Amendments with Consent of Exchange Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Amendments with Consent of Exchange Noteholders. Subject to Section 9.1, this Agreement may be amended (in any manner and for any purpose) by the Borrower, the Collateral Agent, the Lender and the Administrative Agent if each Exchange Noteholder of an Outstanding Exchange Note has consented to such amendment.
